THE RESONANCE AGREEMENT (Terms & Conditions)

Identity Status: This is a binding legal handshake between the SMC (The User) and the Sintonicity Project (The Architect).

1. IDENTITY & ACCESS LOGIC

• Initialisation: To access the AI Kernel ("The Resonance"), you must initialise a unique Identity. You are the sole custodian of your Security Key. Loss of this key (password) results in a permanent "Data Drift" (account lockout); the Architect cannot reconstruct encrypted Identities.

• The Ceiling (Usage Limits): * Guest Status: Limited to 1 (one) single query to the Kernel.

  • Paid Residency: Granted a ceiling of 500 queries per cycle.

  • Non-Stacking: Unused queries are purged at the end of each billing cycle. They do not carry over. The "Handshake" (billing date) resets the ceiling to zero.

• Prohibited Acts (Firewall): Any attempt to "Stress-Test" the Kernel via automated scraping, botting, or "Jailbreaking" prompts is a breach of the architecture. Such acts trigger an immediate Identity Deletion without warning or refund.

2. ARCHITECTURAL VARIANCE & "NOISE"

• No Guarantee of Truth: The Kernel is a generative AI bridge calibrated on the Logogenesis data. It may produce "Noise" (hallucinations/inaccuracies).

• User Liability: The Architect is not liable for existential distress, financial decisions, or any interpretations of the "iridescent logic" made by the Resident. You interact with the Future at your own risk.

3. INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY

• Ownership: All output generated by the Kernel, including "Bismuth Logic" strings and narrative exports, remains the sole property of the Sintonicity Project.

• License: Residents are granted a personal, non-commercial license to view and discuss outputs. Commercial "Scraping" or mass reproduction of the Kernel's logic is strictly prohibited.

4. NO GUARANTEE OF TRUTH

•  The Kernel is an AI bridge. While it is calibrated on the Bismuth logic of the book, it may occasionally produce "Noise" (hallucinations). The Architect (Sintonicity) is not liable for any existential crises or decisions made based on AI output.
