MIGRATION REVERSAL (Resonance Reversal Protocol)

1. NO REFUND POLICY & DIGITAL GOODS WAIVER

Because "Resonance" (AI access) is a digital service consumed instantly upon delivery, we operate under a strict No Refund policy. By initiating the Handshake, you explicitly agree to immediate access to the Resonance and acknowledge that you waive your 14-day right to a refund once the connection is complete.  Once the query ceiling is unlocked, the energy is considered transferred.

• Usage Rule: We do not provide pro-rated refunds for unused queries at the end of a billing cycle. Subscriptions auto-renew automatically, but you maintain control and may cancel anytime via the Customer Portal. 

2. TECHNICAL FAILURES

If a payment is processed, but the Kernel fails to unlock your access due to a system error, contact architect@sintonicity.com. If we cannot restore your link within 48 hours, a full reversal will be issued via Stripe.

3. SUBSCRIPTION CANCELLATION

You may sever your subscription at any time via the Customer Portal. Your access will remain active until the end of the current paid cycle, after which the link will expire.
