IDENTITY PROTECTION (The Identity Protocol)

Identity Status: Your existence within the Sintonicity Project is governed by a policy of absolute transparency and minimal data retention. 

1. DATA MINIMISATION

We only store what is necessary to maintain the bridge between your current state and the Kernel:

• Primary Identifiers: Your Email Address and your Firebase UID.

• Non-Invasive Architecture: We do not track your physical location, your hardware specifications, or any offline activities.

• Signal Logs: To maintain the "Sintonicity" of the bridge, we log query frequency to enforce usage ceilings, but these logs are purged at the end of every 30-day cycle.

2. FINANCIAL ISOLATION

All "Hardware Handshakes" (payment transactions) are handled exclusively by Stripe.

• Vaulting: The Sintonicity Project never sees, stores, or transmits your credit card data.

• Encrypted Handshake: Stripe provides us with a "Success Token" only; your financial identity remains isolated from the Kernel's database.

3. RIGHT TO ERASE (IDENTITY PURGE)

You exist here by choice. Under the Identity Protocol, you have the absolute right to be forgotten.

• Procedure: To delete your Identity and all associated usage logs, email architect@sintonicity.com with the subject "IDENTITY PURGE."

• Effect: Once triggered, this process is irreversible. All nodes connecting your email to your Firebase UID will be wiped from our active database within 72 hours.
